Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We have hopefully made our delivery to you even more efficient - please don't worry if you're unable to take delivery of your order. We will of course aim to deliver your order within 24 hours but if you're unable to accept delivery we will ensure that your order is delivered to your local Royal Mail sorting depot and will post a card through your door to acknowledge this.
Where ever possible if your order is placed before *2.30pm (Monday-Friday) we will process your order with an immediate effect and dispatch the same day. All orders after 2.30pm will be processed immediately and dispatched the following day. We are pleased to inform you that as an average over the past 3 months 98.5% of orders placed with ChimneyCowlProducts were delivered Next Working Day and all orders delivered within 3 working days. If we anticipate any delays we will keep you updated.
We have received a vast amount of feedback from many of our valued customers regarding delivery prices and as ever we work very closely with our couriers to ensure that we can offer you our very best price for deliveries.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

If you Chimney Cowl has been custom made/bespoke we are unable to accept a return for bespoke cowls.
